The author is a famous humor writer of Gujarati literature. His humor is sharp and effective by non evasive also.
The play Vad and Teta is the smooth reading, without any hiccups, First few pages and boring to read, which are about conception of play. however, Play continue to produce good one liners to tickle your smile.
The play reflects times of 60 and 70, when there were struggle for urban middle class. The misery was considered to be a virtue that the problem. Almost, all thee characters of fathers were depicted as miser be it play, movie, or novel. It was the way to produce humor. More certainly, it was also explaining generation gap between fathers (who have suffered many paucity)
